Hosted by Ardmore High School Wrestling, the Ardmore Takedown Club, and the Southern Oklahoma Wrestling Camp (SOWC).

$250 - Individual Wrestler
$200/wrestler - Team Rate (min 9 wrestlers)
*Plus, online service fee of 2%

5-Day Camp Session Times

Day 1 – 4 (3 sessions)
9:30 – 11:45 // 12:30 – 2.30 // 3:00 – 4:00 (Review and hard wrestling)

Day 5 (2 sessions)
9:30 – 11:45 // 12:30 – 2:30

How do I get a team rate?: To take advantage of the team discount rate, email Camp Director, Tom Johnston at stick6fall@gmail.com with an accurate team roster prior to registering to receive your team registration discount code in order to lock in the team 20% discount rate.

Are there age requirements?: Boys and girls must be entering grades 2nd through 12th in the fall of 2024 and be a minimum of 7 years old before June 1, 2024 and not over the age of 18 as of June 1, 2024. Average age of wrestlers is usually 11-17 years old.

Those over the age of 18 may attend but must provide documentation that they will be entering the 12th grade in the fall of 2024. Camp Staff cannot guarantee training partners that are equal in age, size and experience but will make all efforts to match up camp attendees as best as possible.
